Residents near Copper Street who hear repeated metallic knocking beneath the pavement should record the approximate time, location and number of knocks and report the information to City Engineering.
Do not open maintenance covers, enter marked service passages or strike pipes, covers or street fittings in response to the sound. Monitoring work is continuing below the district.
