Street performances remain permitted during posted hours; municipal warning patterns must not be imitated.
PUBLIC PERFORMANCE NOTICE
Street performances on Bell Street may continue during the posted daytime and early-evening hours.
Musicians must not reproduce, imitate or incorporate regulated municipal warning signals, evacuation patterns or Postal Service dispatch tones into performances. These signals are reserved for operational use and must remain immediately recognisable.
Normal musical performance remains permitted within the existing street-performance rules.
