October Maintenance Reporting — Resident Guidance
Residents are asked to report leaks, pressure changes, damaged signs and unattended municipal equipment through normal city channels.
MONTHLY MAINTENANCE REMINDER
October maintenance begins tomorrow. Residents should continue reporting steam leaks, unusual pressure changes, repeated underground noises, damaged public signs and unattended municipal equipment through the usual city channels.
Reports should include the street or district, the nearest identifiable landmark and a brief description of the problem. Please do not enter service passages, open maintenance covers or attempt repairs before a city crew arrives.
Accurate locations are more useful than descriptions such as “near that pipe.”
