Gobbs works for the Ventorn Postal Service, and he likes things to be done properly.
Letters should go to the right address. Postal routes should be followed. Uniforms should stay neat. And when something unusual happens, there should really be a form for it.
Unfortunately for Gobbs, Ventorn does not always cooperate.
Mechanical postal birds cause trouble, routes get damaged and strange things happen where strange things are definitely not supposed to happen.
When they do, Gobbs wants answers.
What happened? Who caused it? And, most importantly, which form does he need?
Gobbs complains loudly, worries about the rules and somehow still gets the job done.
Much of the fun comes from watching a man who believes everything should be organised try to survive a city that refuses to behave itself.
