Tower Postal Line
Elevated postal routes for messages, cylinders and copper mechanical couriers.

The Tower Postal Line connects major postal points across Ventorn using elevated rails, route signals, sorting stations and mechanical courier birds. Lightweight dispatches can move above crowded streets while clerks below direct capsules, carts and outgoing routes.
A mechanical postal bird receives route information through its service mechanism, docks on brass rails and carries a protected letter cylinder. Delays occur when signals, route hardware or the courier unit itself require inspection.
The official system is carefully documented. This does not prevent Postal Bird No. 7 from occasionally producing a situation for which the document has no convenient box.
